You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We bought this thinking it would be cool to have in the car. It would've been - if it held a charge for more than 2 minutes. Not cool, but ok, electronics sometimes malfunction, we can just ask Hamidi to fix or replace it, right?
Hah, dream on! The worst part of any of my sizeable Hamidi purchase order is the absolute zero customer service provided despite repeated attempts to contact Hamidi. They actually just don't care. But they'll ask you to review their products, so here's the review, as requested.
Also, just about every single one of the fragrances I got from them was so weak and terrible, it doesn't even belong in a public bathroom handsoap dispenser, and that is being generous.
The only exception was dahn al oud, that was the only legit item in my entire order. However, since Hamidi has chosen to go no contact with us, we will no longer be placing any orders with them. I know for a fact there are tons of other perfume houses out there who are not only happy to take our business, but will also provide readily available customer service after the fact.
Do better, Hamidi. Or don't. Just don't be surprised when you don't get repeat business from big spenders.
