You may return any item purchased from www.hamidi.us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and seals intact.
Fragrance products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Contact our Customer Service Team: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Packaging: Securely package the item, ensuring it is protected during transit to prevent damage.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. A return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
Return Approval: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item, minus the $12 return shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it and place a new order.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
