Return Period:

You may return any item purchased from within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 25% will apply, as outlined in our refund policy. This fee helps cover the costs associated with restocking the returned items.

Return Approval:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs



Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it and place a new order.
